✏️ Workspace owners and anyone with admin access to the workspace

Connecting your Meta account to Air unlocks powerful insights, but you might not want every single ad account associated with your login to clutter your workspace. Air allows you to map your Meta login to specific ad accounts, giving you granular control over exactly which data flows into your Creative Performance dashboard.

Manage account visibility

When you connect a Meta account, Air detects all the ad accounts you have access to. You can then toggle visibility for each one individually.

Follow these steps to configure your accounts:

  1. Navigate to the Ad Insights Accounts section in your workspace settings.

  3. A configuration modal will appear, listing all ad accounts linked to your Meta ID. By default, these may be unchecked.

  4. Select the checkbox next to any ad account you want to make visible in Air. Only data from checked accounts will appear in your dashboard.

Set a default account

If you manage multiple visible ad accounts, you can designate one as the default. This account will be pre-selected whenever you load Creative Performance, saving you time.

  1. In the configuration modal, hover over the row of the ad account you want to prioritize.

  2. Click the Set as default button that appears on the right side of the row.
