Who can create an account on Air?

An Air account is beneficial for anyone looking to streamline their creative asset management, enhance collaboration, and improve efficiency in handling, approving, and sharing creative content. It's a solution that caters to the dynamic needs of modern creative workflows. Whether a teammate or vendor partner has invited you to join an existing workspace or you're exploring Air on your own and hoping to dive into our features, in this article we walk you through the steps needed to create your own account.

Sign up for Air

Air's sign up page can be accessed in a few ways:

  • From Air's website, select to 'Start for free' button in the top right of your browser window

  • From an Air workspace invite, select the blue 'Accept Invite' button within the notification email

  • From a public share link board view, select 'Sign up' from the top right corner of your browser window

Using your preferred email

  1. Input a valid email address. Your chosen email will also work as your username when logging into Air.

  2. Check your email inbox for a verification email from hello@air.inc

  3. Verify your email and finish signing up by clicking the link in the body of the email

Using Google SSO

πŸ” When you Sign up with Google you're granting Air access to your Google account and some of your information stored within. Learn more about signing in with Google.

  1. Select Sign up with Google

  2. Log in with your credentials

  3. Select Continue to agree to create your Air account, grant Air limited access, agree to Air's privacy policy and terms of service

Using Apple

☁️ When you Sign up with Apple you're granting Air access to your iCloud account and some of your information stored within. Learn more about signing in with Apple.

  1. Select Sign up with Apple

  2. Log in with your iCloud email or phone number

  3. Select Continue to agree to create your Air account, grant Air limited access, agree to Air's privacy policy and terms of service

Using SAML (Enterprise Only)

πŸ‘₯ When you sign up with SAML, your account access is typically granted by your employer. Reach out to your Air workspace admin to learn more about signing in with your company credentials.

Head to this page and select 'Book a Demo' if you're interested in learning more about Air's Enterprise plan.

  1. Select Continue with SAML SSO

  2. Log in with your organization's credentials to authorize your account creation on Air


All done! You can use your newly created account to:

  • Create a new Air workspace

  • Join an Air workspace you were invited to

  • Navigate a public Air URL with an identity instead of anonymously
