Who can add content to Air from mobile?

Add from Actions
From any workspace or board view, tap the add icon (+) in the bottom footer to access
Actions.
Select
Upload from device.
Using Photo Library
Choose Photo Library to access your device's photos. Select the items you want to upload. After selecting your files, tap Add in the top right corner.
Using Take Photo or Video
Tap Take Photo or Video to capture content from your mobile device and add directly to Air. Choose Photo or Video and capture content with camera. Once content is captured select Use Photo or Use Video on the bottom right of the browser.
Using Choose Files
Tap Choose Files. Browse your mobile device files. Select the files you want to add and tap Open from the top right.
Uploading
In the "Upload files to" modal, select the destination board, or All assets and files. Tap Upload. The upload appears in the upload status control while you are logged in to a workspace. The control shows how many uploads are in progress, then how many items have completed, and you can tap it to open or close the full upload details.
With Content Collection Form
Tap
Upload Files.
Choose
Photo Libraryto select existing photos and videos,Take Photo or Videoto capture new content, orChoose Filesto upload files from your mobile device files app.
Using Photo Library
🐢 Slower uploading through mobile content collection? 🐢
When uploading from Photos, iOS users may experience seemingly longer wait times after adding items before being returned to the content collection form interface.
Photos are often a proxy or preview of the actual file and iCloud needs to first download the full file prior to allowing the upload to proceed. Items will upload in the order selected and the speed can be impacted by network speed, device operating system/processes, and your settings.
Select the photos and videos you want to upload from your Photo Library and tap Add.
Using Take Photo or Video
Choose Take Photo or Video and capture content with camera. Once content is captured select Use Photo or Use Video on the bottom right of the browser.
Using Choose Files
Browse your mobile device files and select the files you want to add and tap Open from the top right.
Apply fields

You can use the Apply to all items checkbox to apply the same information to every item.
Fill in any required fields of the form.
Submit items
After entering any required metadata, tap Submit items. Confirm your submission in the modal by tapping Submit.
Submission safeguards
The Submit items button is disabled if any upload is paused or failed. Resume or retry those uploads, or remove the items, to continue.
Cancel in the uploader pane does not remove uploads that have already completed.
You will then see a list of uploaded items with details like the image name (IMG_XXXX) and file size (X MB). Tap Upload more if you need to add even more files.
