Who can use Air Flow?

✏️ Anyone that has edit access to the workspace and either a Mac device (OS 10.5 or later) or a Windows device (beta) . To join the Windows beta, email hello@air.inc.
On Mac, first sync your workspace to make your Air boards and files visible in Finder as preview icons. Syncing does not download files; items stay online-only until you download them for offline use. During initial setup, Air Flow scans and counts every accessible item in the workspace before Selective Sync controls fully apply. Selecting fewer boards or libraries does not limit this scan, and the scan does not download every file for offline access. To download items for offline use:
In Finder, open the folder that contains the items you want to download for offline use.
Right-click on the icon for the file or folder
Select 'Download for offline access' from the Quick Actions menu options
Air Flow downloads the selected items and keeps them in sync so they remain available offline.
Offline access controls which files are stored locally; it is separate from the initial indexing/counting phase and from Selective Sync, which controls what appears in Finder.
