I can't hear sound on any videos on Air

If you're not hearing sound while watching a video in Air but the video works after downloading it could be due to your browser settings, extensions, or how the video player is rendering audio.

Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot:

  1. Double-check the volume in Air’s video player – Make sure the volume isn’t muted and the toggle is turned up (you’ll see a blue bar when volume is on).

  2. Refresh the page – Press ⌘ + R (Mac) or Ctrl + R (Windows) to reload the page.

  3. Clear cache and site data on your browser

  4. Try Incognito Mode – This disables extensions that may interfere with playback.

  5. Check your browser extensions – Some extensions (like ad blockers or script blockers) may prevent audio from loading. Try disabling them or adding app.air.inc to the allow list.
