Who can view board guests?

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do at Air, and we want to make sure that everyone in your workspace has the right level of access. That's why we have different roles for collaborators added to your workspace and at the board level. In this article, we'll dive into the world of board guests and explain their purpose.
Invite Guests
You can see board guests by navigating to the specific board guests were added to and view them under Share > Invite guests
Workspace Settings > Members
Workspace members are able to view board guests and their access levels by navigating to the Guests section of Members tab in workspace settings.
Board Guest Access Levels
Board guests have different access levels depending on their role. Here's a breakdown of the access levels for board guests.
Editor
This guest has full edit permissions within specific boards. They can upload, download, tag, comment, and even delete content.
Commenter
This guest has commenting permissions within specific boards. They cannot edit or delete content, but they can view tags + custom fields, add valuable comments, and download content from the board they have access to.
Viewer
This guest has permission to view all content within specific boards. They cannot make any changes but can view tags + custom fields and download content from the board they have access to.
