✨ Air Flow Version Compatability ✨

We’ve recently released a newer version of Air Flow to bring you a smoother and more reliable experience. This guide is for the latest version of Air Flow.

Please note that older versions of Air Flow will no longer be supported and will degrade in function and reliability over time.

If you encounter any issues or have any questions about Air Flow, don't hesitate to reach out to Air Support for assistance. To get more information about your Air Flow history, we may need certain logs and files for our engineers to investigate.

  1. Open the Air app on your desktop

  2. Select the ⚙️ to access settings

  3. Select 'Preferences'

  4. Under Advanced, select 'Logs Folder'

From this location in Finder, compress this folder into a zip file and send to help@air.inc or submit via our content collection form.
