If you encounter an unknown error in Air Flow, try the steps below in the order listed before contacting Air Support.
After each step, check if the error is resolved.
If it’s still there, move on to the next step.
If a different board path shows an unknown error, restart from step 1.
Retry the action.
Pull from Cloud.
Restart Air Flow by quitting the app extension from your desktop, then reopen it.
Force Resync from the Air Flow app settings.
Tip: Use Force Resync only as a final step before reporting the issue to Air Support.
