Air connects to the tools your team already uses so you can sync, import, design, and automate your creative workflows without jumping between browser tabs. Direct integrations connect your Air workspace to external tools - cloud storage providers, design apps, content management systems, and automation platforms. The catalog also includes assisted migration options; a listed migration source is not itself a direct syncing integration. Available actions and synchronization behavior depend on the connection. They let you import media, access your Air library from other platforms, and trigger automated actions when your assets change.

Integrations can offer setup actions, app downloads, documentation, or direct-launch controls, depending on the integration type.

Use integrations to consolidate media from legacy storage systems and cloud drives into Air, access approved assets directly inside design tools like Canva and Figma, automate repetitive tasks and push assets to social platforms or other services, and get real-time Slack notifications when assets are uploaded, commented on, or approved.

Keep your library accessible across every device.

Meta connects your Facebook and Instagram ad accounts so you can tie campaign performance back to the creative assets behind them.

Bring media in from wherever it lives to consolidate your library in Air. Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, and SharePoint let you connect an account and import files and folders directly into an Air board (using a connected account that can view the source files, folders, sites, or libraries selected for import; organization-managed sources such as SharePoint may require administrator approval). The Chrome Extension lets you save images from anywhere on the web straight into your Air workspace.

Supported cloud imports create read-only copies in Air and do not modify, move, or delete source content. For details about source-content safety, see When I import what happens to my source content? Automate tasks and sync assets between Air and thousands of other tools using Zapier, n8n, Make, or Air's Public API. Zapier is a no-code way to trigger actions in other apps when assets are added or updated in Air. n8n offers a more flexible, self-hosted automation builder. Zapier, n8n, and Make connections use an API key and Workspace ID from Workspace Settings > API Access.

Slack notifies your team in real time when assets are uploaded, commented on, or approved.

The Slack integration is supported on Pro (Legacy), Business, and Enterprise Air plans.
