Who can view metadata on Air?

Air preserves the metadata associated with your content when you migrate it over to Air. This information is searchable or filterable across your workspace. The following list reflects all metadata fields within Air

From asset preview

The asset title / file name can be found in the top left of the browser window. To view an asset's additional metadata click on the ℹ️ tab on the right side of the browser window. There you will find:

  • Title / File name

  • Description

  • Tags

  • Keywords

  • Date created

  • File extension

  • File size

  • File resolution

  • Date modified

  • Date uploaded

  • Uploader

  • Source

  • Asset ID

  • Version ID

From board or workspace view thumbnails

Thumbnails for assets and files in view can include the following details:

  • Title / File name

  • File extension

  • File size

  • File resolution (assets only)

  • Custom fields (if enabled)

Asset thumbnails default to not showing asset details on the view thumbnails. To turn on this enhancement:

  1. On the right side of the view's browser window select the βš™οΈ icon

  2. Toggle on 'Asset details'

From table view

Table view can include the following details:

  • Title / File name

  • File size

  • Date created

  • Date modified

  • File resolution

  • File extension

  • Type

  • Board count

  • Tag count

  • Comment count

  • Custom fields (if enabled)

Table view is all about the metadata so Air allows you to pick and choose the data that's most important to you:

  1. On the right side of the view's browser window select the βš™οΈ icon

  2. Toggle πŸ‘οΈ on any metadata category you want included as a column in your table

  3. Toggle on 'Custom fields' (if enabled) to allow fields as columns in your table

  4. Toggle πŸ‘οΈ on any custom fields to include desired fields/entries as columns in your table
