π Admin Tip for Board Views
If you make changes to board views as an admin, select 'Save view' and the settings you've placed will be the default for any visitor to that board or its corresponding public URL.
Gallery
Gallery view is a viewing option in Air workspaces and boards that displays your content in a grid of images. This allows you to easily browse through your files and folders, similar to how you would flip through photos in a photo album. Gallery view is especially useful for visual content, such as photos, videos, and graphics.
In gallery workspace views, Air will show visual assets above any files. You're able to sort in this view by ascending or descending name, file size, created date, modified date, resolution, and comment count. The view settings can include asset information and custom field entries for each thumbnail.
In gallery board views, you'll have all of the same settings as workspace views plus a custom sort to make your view even more personalized.
Table
Table View is a viewing option in Air workspaces and boards that allows you and your team to work with content in an easily scrollable, detailed format. With your metadata displayed front and center in the Table View, you can quickly scan your content's metadata to distinguish between similar assets at a glance.
Here are just a few use cases for Table View:
Quickly analyze metadata to distinguish between asset versions like Instagram stories and paid ads
Group content by relevant details (file extension, size, dimensions) for sharing and organizing
Format your table as a chronological list for scheduled posting to social media platforms
In table views, Air will show your content and boards sorted by modified date. You're able to sort in this view's header row by ascending or descending name, file size, created date, modified date, resolution, file extension, file type, board count, tag count, comment count and any custom fields in your workspace. Each sortable category can also be hidden in the view settings.
Kanban for boards
When it's time to get creative work done, kanban view allows your team to visually manage their workflows and enables your workspace to truly become a creative operations tool.
Work with content in an easily structured, well-organized format. Single-select fields like edit status, usage rights, or project assignee are all displayed front and center for quick and easy handoffs.
In kanban board views, Air will default set the contained items to custom sort and group these items by your first single-select custom field. You're able to group by your preferred single-select custom field. Once you've chosen the kanban grouping, sort in this view by ascending or descending name, file size, created date, modified date, resolution, and comment count. The view settings can include asset information and custom field entries for each thumbnail.
