Who can request deletion recovery?

If you have experienced content deletion that you need reversed, you can request deletion recovery from our team.
Send an email to help@air.inc or send an in-app message using the chat bubble below with as much of the following information as you can provide.
Workspace name
File names
Estimated amount of items deleted
Board where content was located
Account email of user that took the delete action
Estimated date and time of deletion
Recoverable Metadata
Most asset metadata is also recoverable, but some information such as Keywords and Tags cannot be recovered. The following table outlines what metadata can be recovered:
