Who can create content collection forms?

Use forms to collect content from people external to your workspace. This simplifies gathering assets and information from external sources, streamlining your workflow.
In the board header, Create is used for Collect Content form creation and board-structure actions, while Upload a file is used for uploads and imports.
Creating a form
Head to the board you would like the content uploaded to.
Select the blue Create button in the top right.
Select Collect Content.
Select Create form.
Set up your form with the permissions and custom fields you want to use
Customize the form name if desired
Add a description to provide helpful guidance to form visitors on what to submit with the form
Toggle on
Require Name & Email address to submitto require the submitter's name and email address prior to submissionToggle on
Organize submissions into sub-boardsto preserve folder structure from submitted content.Toggle on
Start uploads immediately for submissionsto configure a content collection form to auto-submit uploads as they complete.In auto-submit mode, uploads are submitted automatically (there is no manual “Submit items” step for the uploader).
Auto-submit forms do not support required/custom fields.
In auto-submit mode, uploaders cannot remove or make changes to the assets they upload.
Apply desired custom fields to the form; only applied fields will be visible.
Set custom fields as optional or required.
Copy and share the generated link with the folks you want to use it
Submission behavior
When uploading through a content collection form:
The Submit button is disabled if any upload is paused or has failed. Resume, retry, or remove the problematic item to continue.
Using Cancel in the uploader pane does not remove completed uploads; it only stops in-progress items.
Previewing a form link
Head to the board connected to the form link you want to preview.
Select the blue Create button in the top right.
Select Collect Content.
Select the edit menu button (three dots) for the form URL.
Select Preview link to open the form link in a new tab in your web browser.
Deleting a form link
Head to the board connected to the form link you want to delete.
Select the blue Create button in the top right.
Select Collect Content.
Select the edit menu button (three dots) for the form URL.
Select Delete link.
Confirm deletion by selecting Delete link.
Generating a new form link
Head to the board connected to the form link you want to regenerate
Select the '+ Add' button in the top right
Select Collect Content
Select the edit menu button (three dots) for the form URL
Select 'Generate a new link'
Confirm link regeneration by selecting 'Generate new link'
Head to the board connected to the form link you want to regenerate.
Select the blue Create button in the top right.
Select Collect Content.
Select the edit menu button (three dots) for the form URL.
Select Generate a new link.
Confirm link regeneration by selecting Generate new link.
