Air plans are credit-based, meaning your workspace’s monthly credits are dynamically used across three areas rather than having a fixed TB storage limit:

Credit Cycles & Adjustments
Monthly Reset: Credits reset every month and do not roll over.
Continuous Recalculation: Storage and enrichment usage are calculated continuously. Because credits reflect ongoing workspace volume rather than a one-time upload fee, deleting assets returns credits to your balance during the current cycle.
Canvas Assets: Canvas-generated assets only incur storage and enrichment charges after they are saved to your workspace.

Recurring Credit Packs
Eligible admins on paid plans can add recurring Credit Packs via the Current Plan tab to increase monthly allocations without upgrading their entire plan tier.
Added in 1,000-credit increments.
Pricing and limits:
Starter Credit Packs cost $35/month per 1,000 credits ($420/year) and are available up to 9,000 credits/month
Business Credit Packs cost $30/month per 1,000 credits ($360/year) and are available up to 29,000 credits/month
Enterprise Credit Packs cost $20/month per 1,000 credits ($240/year) and are available up to 29,000 credits/month.
They stack alongside your standard plan credits.
One-Time Gift Credits
Occasionally, Air staff may grant one-time gift credits.
Usage: They apply only to AI generation and are automatically used before your regular plan credits or Credit Packs.
Expiration: They do not reset monthly and remain completely separate from your recurring credit refresh.
Pricing Impact: Gift credits do not alter your plan pricing, baseline credit amounts, or non-credit pricing models.
👥 Users, Seats, and Pricing
No Per-Seat Pricing: Current self-serve paid plans are not priced per seat.
Unlimited Users: Current Starter and Business plans include unlimited workspace and board users at no extra cost.
Legacy & Enterprise Plans: Older legacy plans and custom Enterprise agreements may still follow older user-limit, billing, or role-inclusion terms. Legacy plans will keep their existing user limits unless upgraded to a current paid plan.

Self-Serve Options: When exploring plan options in your workspace settings, pricing is displayed by billing cadence alongside the monthly credits included.
Where to Check Your Status: Admins can view exact plan terms, live usage, limits, roles, and credit refresh timing by navigating to Workspace Settings > Current Plan (or via Air Subscription Settings).
Refresh Timing: Note that your credit refresh follows your workspace's specific monthly cycle, which might differ from your actual payment or invoice date.
Custom Agreements: For Enterprise or custom setups, refer to your specific contract or reach out to your Air success manager.

Free Plan
A simple starting point for individuals and teams exploring Air. The Free plan includes:

120 credits per month
Unlimited users
Credits can be used for storage, AI enrichment, and AI generation
The Free plan gives you a flexible way to organize content, collaborate, and understand how credits support your workflow.
If a workspace leaves a paid plan, the workspace remains available on the Free plan and paid features no longer apply.
Starter Plan
Built for teams that need more room to scale day-to-day creative work. The Starter plan offers more capacity for active work and AI-powered workflows. It includes:
600 credits per month
$250 per year or $25 per month
Unlimited workspace users and board users
Credits can be used for storage, AI enrichment, and AI generation
Share and review assets with your team and clients
Passcode-protected links with expiration dates
Starter admins can add recurring Credit Packs from Current Plan in 1,000-credit/month increments at $35/month per 1,000 credits ($420/year), up to 9,000 credits/month, when the option is available.
Business Plan
A strong fit for teams managing larger libraries and higher-volume creative operations. The Business plan includes:
30,000 credits per month
