Who can create a workspace on Air?

After you create your Air user account, get started on your journey to a more organized, creative, and collaborative workspace. This guide will walk you through the steps to create your own workspace on Air, designed to be user-friendly and efficient.
Create or log in with an existing Air user account and proceed as follows.
From account creation
Enter your workspace name and, if needed, your company website.
π° Not sure what to pick? We recommend using your organization or project name. You can also change your workspace name at any time, so it's okay to start simple.
Air may prefill the company website based on your email domain when the domain is not generic.
Select 'Continue' to move through the setup flow. Your workspace setup continues through onboarding screens before the workspace is ready.
Answer the onboarding questions to customize your Air experience.
This setup flow continues directly into your first content upload.
Create your workspace, then upload your first file before you begin working in the app.
From another workspace
Select the name of your workspace from the top left.
Select 'Switch workspace'.
Select '+ Join or create a workspace'.
Enter your workspace name and, if needed, your company website.
