Who can change a login password on Air?

Air plan
βοΈ Anyone that logs in to Air with a verified username and password
π₯Έ Strong passwords are a must!
Your new password must have 8+ characters, one number, and one capital letter
From any workspace
When you're logged in to Air, changing your password is quick and easy.
Select your avatar in the bottom left corner of your browser
In the pop-up menu, select 'Account Settings'
Navigate to the 'Change Password' tab
In the 'Old password' field, input your current password
In the 'New password' field, input your new preferred password
Select 'Save changes'
From login
Users that do not have a workspace or are wanting to change their password without logging in to Air can use the Forgot password workflow to achieve exactly this!
Select 'Forgot password?' link
Input your email address on the Forgot password page
Select 'Submit'
In a separate tab or window or via your preferred email client, check your email for a verification code from Air (no-reply@mail.air.inc). If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Return to the forgot password browser window
In the Code field, input received code to verify your user
In the Password field, put your new preferred password
Select 'Submit'
For Google, Apple, and SAML
Users that access Air from a single sign on are encouraged to change or reset their password from their ID provider or via instructions from their employer-provided account settings.
