Attach a comment to a single timestamp or a selected time range on video and audio assets. A timestamp identifies a specific moment, while a time range identifies a segment.

In the comment composer, select the Timestamp control to choose Time Range, Timestamp, or None. When Time Range is selected, range controls appear on the player timeline.

Timestamped and time-range comments use the same comment field, so you can add an optional @mention to notify a teammate or include named links by using the link button or by pasting a URL over selected text. Use sort options within the comment tab settings to order comments by timestamp.

Open single-timestamp comments appear as markers on the player bar at their associated timecodes. The avatar on a marker identifies who posted the comment. Select a marker to navigate to that timecode and highlight the associated comment thread. A posted range comment appears in the Comments sidebar with its associated start and end times.
