When you annotate videos on Air, the function is similar to timestamp comments.
Drawing an annotation pauses video playback and associates your feedback with the relevant time or time range.
Selecting an annotated comment jumps to that point in the video and highlights the annotation.
Selecting a comment marker on the video timeline opens the matching feedback in the Comments panel.
