Who can approve email domains

πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦ Supported on any Air plan

✏️ Anyone with admin access to the workspace

  1. Click your workspace name at the top of the sidebar, then select Workspace settings.

  2. Click on the Security & Identity tab

  3. Add the email domain you'd like to approve (Note: you don't need to include the @ symbol in your domain entry)

  4. Open the menu next to the domain and select Verify domain.

  5. Enter an email address at that domain to send a verification link (you must use an email from the same domain).

After the recipient confirms, the domain status changes to Verified. Teammates and collaborators with an approved email address domain will have the option to join your workspace with the default role you select.

Here's an example of how this might work

  • If Air wanted to allow anyone from our team to join, we would add our domain to the approved domain list (air.inc) and select a default role for them, such as Editor. Every teammate with an @air.inc email (megh@air.inc, for example) can join!
