The Air extension for Canva helps you and your team create on-brand content. Connect your Air workspaces to access your approved content for your Canva designs. Air also has double the storage Canva offers on its lowest-tiered paid plan so you can marry our two apps for double the assets at a low price.

Where to Start & How to Use

Click on this link to get started - you'll be able to add Air as an app to your Canva workspace and be prompted to start a design. The Air logo will live in your Canva sidebar when working on a project. Connect the app to your Air account and you'll be prompted to select your Air workspace - it's that easy to start using your assets on your Canva projects!

All your boards and sub-boards are accessible from the sidebar navigation. When you select an asset, it will appear on your project to use within your design. The first time you select an asset, it will also be saved in your Uploads tab on Canva. Please note that Canva only supports your static assets, not animations, videos, or files.

Air's integration with Canva allows users to access their Air content directly in Canva. This integration provides a seamless way for users to incorporate their Air assets into their Canva designs.

  1. Look for "Air" in Canva's app market.

  2. Choose to use Air content for either existing designs or a new design.

  3. Choose an Air workspace to connect.

    • If there are multiple workspaces, only one can be connected. Once a workspace is selected, it cannot be switched.

Using Air Assets in Canva

  • Each board will be imported as a folder.

  • Simply drag and drop to use Air assets in Canva designs.

  • Search for content across the entire workspace.

    • Searching for content in a specific folder (board) is not supported.
