Who can manage notifications from Air?

From account settings
You can receive notifications both inside of Air's app and in your email inbox for activity that happens in your workspace(s). Notifications are directed to you when you meet certain criteria like following the board or creating a public link in which activity took place. You can use the Notifications Manager to control which notifications you receive as well as where you receive them.
Digest emails
To enable/disable all digest email notifications across your selected workspace, under the 'Notifications' tab from your account settings, toggle email digest notifications to ON/OFF as desired.
Boards following
Select manage boards to unfollow any board you are currently following. Once you have made your desired changes, select 'Save' to set your updated preferences.
Comments | Activity | Share links
Use the individual checkboxes for Email and In-app to set specific preferred notifications for your currently selected workspace. Choosing email will ensure real-time notifications straight to your inbox. Choosing in-app will ensure real-time notifications to Air's web application. Pick and choose from the following options:
New comments on assets in followed boards
@ mentions on assets
Replies to threads you’ve started or are in
New sub-boards created in followed boards
New items uploaded to followed boards
Custom field changes to followed boards & their assets
Views of links you created
Downloads from links you created
Comments on links you created
Submissions to content collection forms you created
Custom field changes made on links you created
Expiring or expired links you created (Pro & Enterprise)
From a board
Select the "Follow" button
Toggle "Follow this board" ON/OFF as desired
Connect to Slack
Enable Air's Slack integration and receive notifications from your Slack workspace related to a board in your Air workspace.
Navigate to the board in Air that you would like to receive notifications about.
Select Connect to Slack from the edit menu (three dots) next to the board name
Authenticate your Slack workspace and select an existing Slack channel to push updates to.
Once the integration is configured, the selected board's web app notifications will be sent to the chosen Slack channel. You can follow as many boards as you like in one channel, or split them up for task delegation.
