Business and Enterprise plan subscribers can choose which settings appear by default on every new share link across their Air workspace. These defaults set the starting state for new share links, and people with permission to edit a link can adjust its settings link by link.

Show versions
Show metadata
Show comments
Allow commenting (must show comments to toggle on)
Show custom fields (requires Show metadata)

Require name and email to view
