✨ Air Flow Version Compatability ✨
We’ve recently released a newer version of Air Flow to bring you a smoother and more reliable experience. This troubleshooting guide is for the latest version of Air Flow.
Please note that older versions of Air Flow will no longer be supported and will degrade in function and reliability over time.
Who can use Air Flow?
👨👩👧👦 Supported on any Air plan
✏️ Anyone that has edit access to the workspace and a Mac device with OS 10.15 or later
From Air Flow Menu Bar:
Click to select the Air icon from your desktop menu bar and open Air Flow
Select the folder icon to open a finder window and be brought to your synced workspace.
From Uploads and Downloads:
Click to select the Air icon from your desktop menu bar and open Air Flow
Select 'Uploads and downloads'
Scroll to and hover over the file you want to see on the web app
Select the edit menu (three dots) for the asset you want to view on the web app
Select 'Open In Finder' and be brought to the selected item in your synced workspace
