📚 Check version stacks
If any version in a stack matches your search, the entire stack appears in results
🧐 Review custom fields
Unexpected results often come from custom fields containing your search term
🧮 Use advanced search operators
Use AND, OR, and NOT to refine searches
Example: "train AND people" finds assets with trains as well as people
