Try filtering without search terms
Combine both once you confirm what works individually
š Check version stacks
If any version in a stack matches your search, the entire stack appears in results

Unexpected results often come from custom fields containing your search term

Use AND, OR, and NOT to refine searches
Example: "train AND people" finds assets with trains as well as people
