Air's Image Intelligence is an AI-powered feature that automatically analyzes your static images to make them instantly discoverable. It generates descriptive summaries and applies relevant tags, saving you from hours of manual organization and helping you find the exact content you need in seconds.

From asset details view

When you upload a static image to Air, Image Intelligence gets to work behind the scenes. To see the results, open any image in the asset details view. In the right-hand panel, under the Info tab, you will find the Smart metadata section.

This section contains:

  • Smart Summary: A detailed, AI-generated description of the image's content, context, and composition.

  • Smart Tags: A list of relevant keywords that identify objects, themes, and concepts within the image.

As you navigate between different assets in your workspace, the Smart Metadata section dynamically updates to display the summary and tags for the image you are currently viewing.

From filters

Beyond just viewing, you can leverage AI-generated Smart Tags to powerfully search and filter your content. From your workspace view, click the search bar at the top of the page and select the Smart Tags filter to begin.

You can then select one or more tags and choose an operator to control how the filter behaves:

  • Contains: This will display only the assets that contain all of the selected tags. For example, filtering for "formal" and "casual" will only return images tagged with both.

  • Has one of: This will display assets that contain at least one of the selected tags (e.g., either "casual" or "formal").

  • Does not contain: This will exclude any assets that have the selected tags, which is useful for removing certain themes from your results.
