An account on Air is a personal identifier that is attached to your email address. Air accounts can join or create a workspace. When you create an Air account you are automatically prompted to create a new workspace.

To join an existing workspace:

  1. Have the workspace admin open the menu in the top right corner
  2. Select Manage Members and then Invite 
  3. Enter in the email associated with the new member
  4. The new member will then get an email invitation sent to confirm

To create a workspace:

  1. Open the menu in the top right corner
  2. Select Create New Workspace
  3. Complete onboarding and invite any additional team members
