Who can use custom sort on Air?

✏️ Anyone who has viewing access to the workspace, library, or board

💇🏻 Default Custom Sort
Want your newly sorted content to be the default for all of your board visitors? Any changes and admin makes to the order of your content will remain visible for all with access to the board or public URL.
Air is home to your visual content and when it comes to organizing and presenting your assets, order can be important. Teams use Air's 'Custom Sort' feature to control the order of their boards and assets in gallery view, whether displaying images, planning out social media, or presenting storyboards to clients.
To quickly rearrange your boards, assets, and files:
Select the 'Custom sort' option from the dropdown on the right-hand side of your board view
Click to select, hold, and drag your item to change the desired position in your board
Note the blue graphic line that will show to indicate the intended location of the content
Once satisfied with the new content location, release your cursor to "drop" the item(s)
Repeat steps as needed to sort board in desired manner
Select 'Save view'* to retain changes
