Deleting Items
Upon deletion, items are moved to the Recently Deleted page where they can be restored by users within the plan's designated recovery window. Users without edit access that attempt to delete items will be notified that they are unable to delete the items or remove the items from their current location(s).
π¨ Choosing to delete a board, asset or file disables live associated share links and/or content collection forms.
Deleting Libraries
Deleting a library from within the Library settings option in the sidebar menu within the Advanced tab will remove all boards, sub-boards, and assets contained solely within the selected library from the workspace. If assets appear in another library in the workspace, the assets will remain in those locations.
Users are prompted to enter the name of the library to confirm deletion. Libraries can only be deleted by the designated Library Owner.

Deleting Boards
Deleting a top-level board from the sidebar or ellipsis menu in the board will delete the board itself as well as sub-boards and assets contained solely within the selected board from the workspace. If assets appear in another board in the workspace, the assets will remain in those locations.
It is only possible to delete a set of boards that all live on the same level (i.e., sub-boards living within the same parent board). Currently, it is not possible to select more than one top-level board from within the sidebar, regardless of access. It is also not possible to select multiple boards on different levels within the same hierarchy.
