Who can delete content from Air?

✏️ Anyone that has edit access to a workspace, library, or board

🚨 Choosing to delete a board, asset or file may lead to disabling live associated share links and/or content collection forms. Comments, annotations, and versions associated with content contained within the workspace may also be permanently lost.

In this article we discuss deleting content from your Air workspace. Use the delete from workspace button when you want to efficiently organize and tidy up your workspace, ensuring that only relevant and necessary content is retained. This helps you maintain a clean and focused working environment, enabling you to stay productive and easily locate the information you need. I accidentally deleted a board or content from my workspace. Can I get it back?

I don't want a user in my workspace to be able to delete. What permissions should I give them on Air?

Air's Pro and Enterprise subscription plans offer multiple user permission types. Users that do not have 'can edit' permissions include, Member Commenter, Guest Commenter, and Guest Viewer. Enterprise accounts can also partner with their assigned customer success manager to create custom roles and permission sets.

Why doesn't Air have a recently deleted section?

I deleted a board and did not toggle on the option to delete the content within. Where can I find the content?

If the board was the only location that your content appeared in, you can find it in the Unused Items filter. All other content can be easily searched for and surfaced under 'All assets & files'.
