I created my Air account using Google, Apple, or SAML SSO. How can I log in with an email and password instead?

If you created your account with Google, Apple, or SAML SSO, you can create an Air password via Air's Forgot password page.

After creating a password, sign in using the same SSO email address and that password. If your SAML login is connected to a workspace that enforces SAML, you cannot use this flow to switch to password login for that workspace. You must use SAML to access that workspace.

Email our team at help@air.inc or send us a message using the chat bubble below. We can help you set up email-and-password login, but this does not bypass workspace SAML enforcement. If your workspace enforces SAML, you must use SAML to access it.

Changing your login email is separate from switching sign-in methods. If you already sign in with email and password, you can update your login email in Account Settings through a verification flow. If your account is managed through Google, Apple, or SAML SSO, email changes may need to happen through that provider or your organization’s identity-provider setup.

For the standard email-change workflow, see Changing your account email / username.
