Share your error logs with our team using the messenger icon below to send our team a chat or email us at help@air.inc with your logs and a summary of the steps you took that caused the error. Here's how to access your error logs:
From Chrome
Select the three dots to the right of your browser window's address bar
Select More Tools > Developer Tools
Navigate to the Console tab
Right-click on any of the messages and select Save as to save your log file
From Firefox
Click the Tools tab.
Select Browser Tools and then Browser Console.
Right-click on any of the messages, select Export Visible Messages To, and then File to save the file to your computer.
From Safari
Navigate to Preferences, select Advanced, and then Show develop menu in menu bar.
Click on Develop, select Show JavaScript Console
Go to the Console tab, copy the content, and paste it into a message to us.
From Edge
Press F12 to bring up the console. Alternatively, navigate to the Tools tab, select Developer, and then Developer Tools.
Right click on any of the messages and select Save as to save your log file.
