Try adding a Commenter at the workspace level to avoid delete access.
Standard Editor access and above includes the ability to delete content, so it is not the right role if someone must be able to add content but cannot delete photos or other assets.
Enterprise customers can use custom roles for even more tailored permission sets, including allowing a user to upload or add content while restricting delete permissions. Work with your assigned customer success manager to configure the right setup for your workspace.
