What's the difference between a user that has a workspace role and one that has none?

Users with workspace roles have access to your entire workspace, while users without a workspace role only have access to specific boards they've been invited to. Users with workspace roles have different permission levels (Admin, Editor, Commenter) across your full Air workspace, while users without workspace roles have their own permission levels on a per board bases(Editor, Commenter, Viewer). This allows you to control who can access what and create a more secure and tailored collaboration experience.
