π Check your surroundings
Uploading to Air is only possible if you have edit permissions for the board, library, or workspace or if you are using an active content collection form. If you're unable to upload, check the workspace settings to confirm your access level. Board users or viewers accessing via public links may have limited functionality.
Reach out to your workspace admin to get your access level updated.
π Does the URL you are viewing when attempting to upload contain /a/
?
This indicates that you are viewing a share link as opposed to the workspace. Content cannot be uploaded to share links. Log in to your workspace where you want your content to be uploaded and try again!
π Did you try different methods for uploading?
You can upload to Air using drag & drop, by browsing your files, or in some cases by using Air's desktop app, Air Flow. Try each out and see if the issue is with your method.
βοΈ Are you using the original files when you attempt to upload?
Air can accommodate almost any file type but it's important to upload the actual file. Cloud to cloud uploading is not an option. If you try to get content from iCloud onto Air for example, you'll want to first download your iCloud content to your computer prior to uploading to Air.
π’ Is your internet speed slowing you down or timing Air out?
Check your speed using an online speed test such as fast.com. Notice a marked slowness? Reach out to your internet service provider for more help.
π Are you attempting to upload files that Air doesn't support?
Air can accommodate almost any file type but files that are specific to another cloud platform such as Google Apps, will need to be converted to a universal file type prior to uploading to Air. Export Google Docs to .docx, .xlsx, or .pptx for example and try your upload attempt again with the newly formatted files.
