Credits are a monthly usage balance for your workspace. That balance is shared across storage, AI enrichment, and AI generation.

Some workspaces may also have a separate One-time gift balance granted by Air staff. One-time gift credits apply to AI generation only and are used before your workspace’s plan credits and Credit Pack credits.

Your credits pay for three main areas of your workspace:

One-time gift credits do not apply to storage or AI enrichment.

Credits are not a one-time upload allowance, and they do not reflect the total GB ever uploaded to your workspace. Storage-related credits are consumed based on what is currently stored in your workspace.

You can review your credit usage from the credit meter in the navigation bar and from Workspace Settings > Current Plan, where you can see your usage, remaining balance, and refresh timing. If One-time gift credits are available, they appear as a separate One-time gift line in the credit usage breakdown. Eligible paid credit-based workspaces can also see active Credit Packs, available management actions, and pending Credit Pack changes in Current Plan.

Open Workspace Settings > Current Plan to review a detailed breakdown of your usage across AI generation, AI enrichment, and file storage, along with your next refresh date. This page also shows your current plan and self-serve upgrade options when available.

Admins on eligible paid credit-based plans can add recurring Credit Packs in 1,000-credit increments when the option is available. Self-serve Credit Packs cost $35 per month per 1,000 monthly credits and are available up to 9,000 additional monthly credits where supported.
