First, confirm that the connected Microsoft account has a SharePoint license and access to the intended SharePoint site or library. Then, ask your organization’s Microsoft administrator to confirm that the required tenant-level API permissions are granted for the Air SharePoint importer.
The importer operates under the Microsoft account linked during setup and can browse only the sites, files, and folders that account can access.
This license and access check is the same whether you open the importer from the SharePoint Integrations card or the Add/Upload import flow. Successful SharePoint imports copy accessible content into Air and do not alter the source content in SharePoint.
