Air can display only the SharePoint sites, libraries, and folders that the connected Microsoft account has permission to access. Confirm that the Microsoft account used to authorize the importer can view the target SharePoint site and folders, that the account has the required SharePoint access and license, and that your organization’s Microsoft administrator has approved the required tenant-level API permissions for the Air SharePoint importer.
Perform this check after the importer opens, whether you launch SharePoint from its Integrations card or from the Add/Upload import flow.
