Access problems with your company’s workspace on Air may arise if the wrong email address was used when granting you access. This is often due to typos or mismatches between the invited email and the email you use to sign in. Fortunately, you don’t need to delete your account to resolve this issue. Below, we outline the steps to rectify access issues.

Common causes

  • Typo in the invited email address: A small error in the email entered by the workspace admin can prevent access.

  • Mismatch between login and invited emails: If the email connected to your login (e.g., your Google email) differs from the one invited to the workspace, access will be blocked.

Verify and resolve an email mismatch

  1. Verify the email address used for logging into Air: Identify the exact email (e.g., your Google email) associated with your account.

  2. Contact your workspace admin: Inform the admin of the email tied to your login and request them to double-check the email they added for workspace access.

  3. Reinvite with the correct email: The admin should re-add your account using the accurate login email. Ensure there are no typos.

  4. Log in again: Once the admin has updated the email, try logging in using the correct credentials. You should now gain access to your workspace.

By ensuring the correct email is tied to your workspace invitation, you can quickly resolve access issues without risking account loss.
