My workspace seems to be on the free plan but I was just charged

When this happens there are a couple things to check.

Is your subscription for another workspace?

Air typically bills per workspace. If you are seeing a charge for a subscription plan have a look at the listed workspaces of your account. To switch workspaces, select your current workspace name at the top of the sidebar, choose Switch workspace, and then pick a workspace. Click in to each one and you can review your plan tab under workspace settings to identify any workspaces with active paid subscriptions.

Is your subscription for another workspace under a different account?

You may have another account with Air besides the one that you are logged in under. Head to Air's login screen to log in to a different account and check the workspace(s) associated. Not sure of your password? Reset it so you can get back in.
