My workspace seems to be on the free plan but I was just charged

When this happens there are a couple things to check.

Is your subscription for another workspace?

Air typically bills per workspace. If you are seeing a charge for a subscription plan have a look at the far left side of your account where all of your workspace icons can be accessed. Click in to each one and you can review your plan tab under workspace settings to identify any workspaces with active paid subscriptions.

Is your subscription for another workspace under a different account?

You may have another account with Air besides the one that you are logged in under. Head to Air's login screen to log in to a different account and check the workspace(s) associated. Not sure of your password? Reset it so you can get back in.
