Who can manage the current plan?

The Current Plan page in Workspace Settings is the source of truth for the selected workspace's actual plan terms, credit usage, limits, billing cadence, renewal details, and refresh timing. From this page, you can monitor usage, understand upcoming charges, and manage subscription details.
Plan details and charges
At the top of the page, you can view your specific plan details. This includes your plan type, the billing cadence for that plan, and the exact date and recurring amount for your next renewal. If you upgrade through self-serve checkout, the amount due for the change is shown during checkout before you confirm the upgrade. If you are on a legacy plan, you will also see your limits for users and storage. For eligible workspaces, Current Plan also shows plan credits, active Credit Pack credits, credit usage, and available Credit Pack management actions.
Credit refresh timing is separate from when a payment is collected or when an invoice becomes visible. Credits reset on the workspace's monthly cycle, and the monthly refresh restores the workspace's credit balance.
Recurring plan charges
This area displays the standard renewal charges for your plan for the upcoming billing cycle.
Prorated charges
This section may show invoice-related adjustments connected to plan changes during the current billing period. For eligible self-serve upgrades, the prorated amount due for the change is shown during checkout before you confirm the upgrade, while Current Plan continues to show your recurring renewal information separately.
Upcoming invoice total
This area shows the upcoming billing information available on the Current Plan page, including your recurring renewal amount and any invoice-related adjustments shown there. It is separate from the amount due during upgrade checkout, where you review the preview invoice before confirming an eligible self-serve upgrade.
Note: After a charge is completed, invoice details can take a short time to finish updating while tax is calculated, so the final amount may not appear immediately in every billing view.
Manage plan
The Manage plan section allows you to keep your billing and subscription details up to date.
Plan: View your current plan type and start the upgrade flow from the Upgrade button. From there, you can compare plan and billing cadence options, then continue to checkout to review the preview invoice before confirming an eligible change.
Credit Pack: Eligible paid credit-based plans can add recurring Credit Packs in 1,000-credit increments. Additions open checkout, include immediate proration, and increase the subscription right away. Reductions and cancellations are handled from Credit Pack management modals, do not receive proration, and take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Pending Credit Pack changes can be viewed, canceled, or adjusted before they take effect.
Users: A count of active users on your workspace
Billing cycle: The period of time upon which your subscription renews (Monthly or Annual)
Payment method: Add a new payment method or update an existing credit card.
Billing contact: Update the email address that receives billing communications. This is especially useful if you want your billing emails and invoices to go directly to your organization's accounting department rather than an individual.
Cancel plan: If you ever need to end your subscription, you can initiate that here. Depending on your specific plan type, you will either have the option to cancel immediately or be prompted to contact our support team to process the cancellation.
Current usage
Explore the Current usage section at the bottom of the page to monitor your workspace resources. This area tracks how many users are currently collaborating in your workspace. The usage section also displays how much storage is currently in use.
If you are on a legacy plan, this section will include a visual storage meter, a breakdown of paid vs free users, and storage in use alongside storage limit included with your plan. Legacy workspaces may continue to display fixed storage or user caps until the workspace moves to a current plan. Current Air plans are credit-based, so Current Plan may show usage as credits rather than fixed included TB amounts.
Additionally, you will find a credits meter that shows how much of your monthly allotted credits have been used. This meter tracks credits used for AI generation.
If you are on a current plan where storage is consumed by credits, the meter will reflect your storage usage and AI enrichment as well.
Use the credits meter to understand how stored assets, AI enrichment, and AI generation contribute to your monthly usage. Stored and enriched assets continue to consume credits from your monthly balance as long as they remain in the workspace. As your workspace approaches its credit limit, admins can reduce stored or enriched assets, purchase an available Credit Pack, or change plans.
If a reset date, storage meter, or legacy cap is missing, unexpected, or different from current plan marketing, admins should contact Air support, sales, or their customer success contact for review.
Now that you understand your current plan and usage, you can explore available upgrade options or review your past billing history. For more details on how your charges are calculated, check out our guide on prorated billing or learn more about invoices and billing.
