Who can view board users?

πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦ Supported on any current paid Air plan

✏️ Anyone that has view access to the workspace or edit access to the board

Current paid Air plans support unlimited board users, and changing a board user's access level does not add an extra charge. Legacy plans are excluded from this availability. If your workspace is on a legacy plan, contact your success manager to upgrade to a current paid plan.

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do at Air, and we want to make sure that everyone in your workspace has the right level of access. That's why we have different roles for collaborators added to your workspace and at the board level. In this article, we'll dive into the world of board users and explain their purpose.

Invite Board Users

You can see board users by navigating to the specific board they were added to and view them under Share > Invite users

Workspace Settings > Users

Workspace users are able to view board users and their access levels by navigating to the Users section in workspace settings. Any name listed without a workspace role is a board user.
