You've been added as a Board Viewer to a specific board on Air. This direct guest access allows you to browse and download assets without accessing the rest of the workspace — here's how to find what you need.
What you can do
Within your assigned board, you have viewer access to find and download assets. You can:
Browse and view all content in the specific board
Download assets directly to your device
View tags, custom field values, and other metadata on clips
These permissions ensure you can access and utilize the files you need for your projects.
What you can't do
To maintain content security, Board Viewers cannot make changes to the board or its files. You cannot:
Comment or annotate content
Upload, edit, move, or delete content
Edit tags or custom field values
Access other workspace boards without explicit invitations
If you need elevated permissions, you can request an access level change from the board owner.
Where to start
Follow these steps to access your board and start downloading files:
Sign in at app.air.inc. You should have received an invite email; once signed in, the specific board will appear in your side panel nav.
Browse the board's content. You can use the search bar or filter by file type to find what you need quickly.
Click on an asset to open it, then download it using the download button.
Note: If you need to leave comments, upload content, or edit metadata, ask the board owner to update your access level.
