Who can apply tags to content?

✏️ Anyone with edit access to the workspace, library, or board

Tags can be applied to content stored on your Air workspace so that you can surface it easily through searches and filters. In this article, we'll discuss how to work with tags within your Air workspace.

From the asset or file view:

  1. Select the Tags tab on the righthand side of the asset or file view

  2. Begin to type in the tags field to filter for the tag or tags you want to apply

  3. Select the desired tag from the suggested list

From the board view for a single file or asset:

  1. Select the content you wish to tag

  2. To reveal the 'Edit tags' function, follow any of the below:

    1. Select the edit menu (three dots) from the black menu bar

    2. Right-click the selected content

    3. Select the edit menu (three dots) from the file or asset thumbnail

  3. Select 'Edit tags'

  4. Begin to type in the tags field to filter for the tag or tags you want to apply

  5. Select the desired tag from the suggested list

  6. Select Save in the 'Edit tags' modal

From the board view for a multiple selected files or assets:

  1. After your content is selected, follow any of the below to reveal the 'Edit tags' option:

    1. Select the edit menu (three dots) from the black menu bar

    2. Right-click the selected content

    3. Select the edit menu (three dots) from the file or asset thumbnail

  2. Select 'Edit tags'

  3. Begin to type in the tags field to filter for the tag or tags you want to apply

  4. Select the desired tag from the suggested list

  5. Select Save in the 'Edit tags' modal
