Who can export custom images?

βοΈ Anyone who has viewing access to the static images within a workspace, library, or board can run a custom export
πΊοΈ Anyone that visits an active share link for a static image with download permissions enabled
Custom exports let you adjust the aspect ratio and size of an asset to download. You also have the option to export the file in different formats. This article provides a step-by-step for accessing the export as modal, sizing, editing aspect ratio, attaching a suffix to the exported file name, customizing the exported file format.
Finding custom export modal
Taking these steps will bring you to the Export as modal
Open any static image asset preview
Select the 'Download' button in the top right of your browser
Select 'Export image' or 'Export as' (public URL)
Downloading custom images in 'Export as'
Use the 'Export as' modal to modify the following:
Image size
Size is contains a preset for 1x (Original) and 0.5 aspect ratio.
You can also select 'Custom' from this dropdown to manually adjust the width and height
Click the π to open it π and refine width and height pixels to your exact specs
Suffix - This plain text field will modify the file name upon download, applying the text within to the asset title
Format
Adjust the file format to your desired extension based on your needs
Select the dropdown to see the format options available
Choose from JPG, PNG, GIF or WEBP
After making the desired adjustments, select 'Export'
