Share links are completely free to use and easy to share with clients, internal teammates, links for social media or websites, and much more. We've designed share links to be an easy and visually elegant way to provide your clients with a portfolio-like experience. Curate views of content within your workspace with easy to create and manage share links.

Share an asset or file

When you have a single asset or file to get out to an external partner, vendor or client, create a share link for it in a few simple steps.

From the asset modal

  1. From the preview in your browser, select the 'Share' button in the top right of your window

  2. The URL will generate instantly with the link enabled and 'Allow downloads' toggled on by default

  3. Adjust the link to your preference

  4. Select 'Settings' in the share link modal to review and make any desired changes to the share link settings

  5. Under the 'Link' tab, copy the link and send, share, or post for anyone you want to access

From a board or workspace view

  1. Right-click or select the edit menu (three dots) for the asset/file you wish to generate a share link for

  2. From the edit menu, select 'Share a link;

  3. The URL will generate instantly with the link enabled and 'Allow downloads' toggled on by default

  4. Adjust the link to your preference

  5. Select 'Settings' in the share link modal to review and make any desired changes to the share link settings

  6. Under the 'Link' tab, copy the link and send, share, or post for anyone you want to access

Share a board or sub-board

When you want to share a collection of your content on your Air workspace with someone that is not part of your team, sharing a board is a great way to get it done. Take these few simple steps to take your content of public.

From the board view

  1. Select the 'Share' button in the top right of your window

  2. Select 'Share a link'

  3. The URL will generate instantly with the link enabled and 'Allow downloads' toggled on by default

  4. Adjust the link to your preference

  5. Select 'Settings' in the share link modal to review and make any desired changes to the share link settings

From 'All assets & files'

  1. From any search that includes the board you want to generate a share link for, right-click or select the edit menu (three dots) for the board thumbnail you wish to generate a share link for

  2. From the edit menu, select 'Share a link;

  3. The URL will generate instantly with the link enabled and 'Allow downloads' toggled on by default

  4. Adjust the link to your preference

  5. Select 'Settings' in the share link modal to review and make any desired changes to the share link settings

  6. Under the 'Link' tab, copy the link and send, share, or post for anyone you want to access

From the workspace sidebar

  1. Right-click on the name of the board or hover over to reveal and select the edit menu (three dots) of the board you wish to generate a share link for

  2. From the edit menu, select 'Share a link

  3. The URL will generate instantly with the link enabled and 'Allow downloads' toggled on by default

  4. Adjust the link to your preference

  5. Select 'Settings' in the share link modal to review and make any desired changes to the share link settings

  6. Under the 'Link' tab, copy the link and send, share, or post for anyone you want to access
