Who can change views on Air?
👨👩👧👦 Supported on any Air plan
✏️ Anyone who has view access to the workspace, library, or board
🗺️ Anyone that visits a board share link
🚧 Admin setup required!
Create one or more single select custom fields prior to activating kanban view on a board.
Navigate to the board you want to display with kanban view
From the right of the board header (four squares or three bulleted lines icon) change to kanban (column icon).
On the Group By dropdown, select the single select custom field your columns will be applied to the board view
Select 'Save view' to retain the kanban view selection
The columns in kanban view correspond to the values of a single-select custom field in your workspace.
