Yes! Kanban view is available on share links that have 'Show custom fields' toggled on and any single select custom field created within the workspace.

Workspace admins can save a board's view to be kanban by default. This setting will also apply to the public URL. Public share link URL visitors can also find kanban themselves by toggling the view from gallery or table to kanban.
