Content not in the board that it should be? Move it around!

Who can move content within Air?

✏️ Anyone that has edit access to a workspace, library, or board

If you need to move an item or group of items from one board to another, you'll use the 'Move to ...' function to achieve this.

From selected items in collapsed gallery or table board view

  1. Right-click selection

  2. Select 'Move to...' from the menu options

  3. Select the desired board the content selected should move to

  4. Select blue 'Move' button

OR

  1. Select (any of) the edit menu(s) (three dots) from the selection thumbnail(s)

  2. Select 'Move to...' from the menu options

  3. Select the desired board the content selected should move to

  4. Select blue 'Move' button

OR

  1. Select the 'Move to...' icon (❐) from the black edit options bar toward the bottom of your browser window

  2. Select the desired board the content selected should move to

  3. Select blue 'Move' button

OR

  1. Click, hold and drag the selected items to the workspace sidebar (boards section only)

  2. Hover over the name of the board the dragged content will move to (look for blue border around board name)

  3. Release cursor to drop the selection into its new location

From workspace sidebar

  1. Right-click name of board

  2. Select 'Move to...' from the menu options

  3. Select the desired board the content selected should move to

  4. Select blue 'Move' button

OR

  1. Hover over the board name to show the edit menu (three dots)

  2. Select the edit menu for the board

  3. Select 'Move to...' from the menu options

  4. Select the desired board the content selected should move to

  5. Select blue 'Move' button

OR

  1. Click, hold and drag the selected board on the workspace sidebar (boards section only)

  2. Hover over the name of the board the dragged content will move to (look for blue border around board name)

  3. Release cursor to drop the selection into its new location
