✏️ Anyone who has viewing access to the workspace, library, or board can download content

πŸ—ΊοΈ Anyone that visits an active share link with download permissions enabled

⬇️ Download Tip

Boards and multi-file downloads download to your chosen location as a zip file. Once downloaded, decompress the zip file to access your downloaded content.

Air makes it easy to download content β€” as long as you have permission in the workspace or set the ability in a share link. Here's how:

Downloading boards

From board view

  1. Select the edit menu (three dots) next to the board name.

  2. Select 'Download'

From board thumbnail in board or workspace view

  1. Hover over the board thumbnail image with your cursor

  2. Select the edit menu (three dots) in the top right corner of the thumbnail or right click anywhere on the thumbnail

  3. Select 'Download'

From workspace sidebar

  1. Hover over the desired board name in the workspace sidebar with your cursor

  2. Select the edit menu (three dots) next to the board name.

  2. Select 'Download'

From asset preview

  1. Select the dropdown arrow attached to the 'Download' button in the bottom right.

  2. From the menu, select one of the following:

    • Download original to save the source file.

    • For video assets: Export current frame to save the current frame as a PNG.

⏲️ Time-saving tip! ⏲️

For supported image types β€” JPEG, PNG, and WebP β€” right-click the image in the asset viewer and select 'Copy image' to copy the currently loaded image to your clipboard. Quicker than downloading, saves space on your drive, paste the copied image where it needs to go and keep moving!
