No—if you share a board, visitors to the board link will see all the files and sub-boards contained within it. You don’t need to create individual links for each asset.
A board share link is scoped to the board or sub-board it was created for, including the visible files and sub-boards inside it. You can also consider using Showcases for sharing multiple items across different locations in your workspace.
Asset share links target either Current or a selected numbered version (V#). Showcases are separate links for ad-hoc selections of multiple items. Both are independent from the board link.
A Current asset link follows the asset’s current version as versions are added, while a V# link remains fixed to the selected numbered version. Users can keep a Current link and selected V# links enabled at the same time.
For assets and boards teammates can access, share the browser URL. In the workspace, Showcases are visible only to their creator, Workspace Admins, and Enterprise Workspace Owners—not all workspace members. Send other teammates the Showcase’s public URL; it works regardless of workspace role. See Explore Showcases for details.
