Share content with share links
A share link is a URL generated with customizable permissions. It gives anyone with the link access to a specific board, a single asset, or an ad-hoc selection of items across your workspace without needing to be part of your workspace. Use share links when external partners need to view, download, or review content without being added as workspace or board users. The visitor will only have access to the board, asset, or item selection you share and cannot access the rest of your workspace unless they are logged in with user access. Explore Share Links
Collect uploads without adding users
Use content collection forms when external partners need to submit assets or information without being added as workspace or board users. Forms keep intake separate from workspace access while giving your team a structured way to collect creative content.
Add people as board users
Board users are granted access to specific boards at your discretion and won't have visibility to the content added outside of the board(s) you choose. Current paid plans support unlimited board users. They can enjoy many of the functions afforded to your workspace users including receiving notifications about changes to the board(s) they have access to, without risking unauthorized access to your other workspace content.
When you invite board users, you can enter up to 10 email addresses in one board invite and assign the same board role to everyone in that batch. Legacy plans and custom or Enterprise contracts may define board user availability, limits, or costs differently. On plans with user limits, pending board invites and board-only users may affect whether additional invitations can be sent. Explore Board Users
Create an invite-only Library (Enterprise)
Libraries offer teams a way to segment content and workspace users into access-controlled areas. They can be used to manage team-based work, projects, content archives, personal work, and so much more. With libraries, your team can prevent the potential misuse of content by enforcing that only the users that need and should access certain content are able to. Explore Libraries
